  • 10+2 from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
  • The two-year ITI course, Andhra Pradesh Open School (APOS), Polytechnic Diploma, two-year vocational course, Veterinary or Agriculture Diploma, or any other equivalent qualification satisfying 10+2 years of study.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc. MPC / MPCs Programmes

Candidates for B.Sc. MPC / MPCs Programmes must have studied Science subjects at the 10+2 or Intermediate level. Specific requirements include:

  • Intermediate, 10+2, or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (M.P.C.).
  • Polytechnic Diploma holders must submit the first-year marks list as proof of Mathematics study, along with the Diploma Provisional Certificate.
  • Vocational students must have completed Mathematics Bridge Courses.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Li.Sc. Admission

Candidates for B.Li.Sc. Admission must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Graduates with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. A relaxation of 5% is allowed for SC, ST, BC, and PH candidates.
  • Graduates working in a recognized library with at least one year of regular service in a substantial post of the rank of Record Assistant or above. An experience certificate must be enclosed.
  • Graduates holding a Diploma or Certificate Course in Library and Information Science from an institution recognized by the Government.
  • Graduates seeking admission under the in-service category must submit a service certificate in the prescribed format.
